Values:

  • Transparent: We tell the truth to ourselves, each other, and everyone else. That goes for everything from financials to programs to team members. Bad news is okay because it’s a chance to improve. Good news is welcome because it’s a chance to celebrate.
  • Entrepreneurial: If we're going to serve entrepreneurs, we need to act like entrepreneurs! We take calculated risks, learn from failure, act like an owner. We are results-focused, but always through the lens of our mission and north star.
  • Accountable: We deliver on our promises to each other and those we serve. Words matter, and if we say we're going to do something, we do it. If we can't, we own it without making excuses and don't surprise others who are affected.
  • Meaningful: The works matters to us at S4S AND those we serve. S4S is more than job-it's an opportunity to make a difference in the world. Every team member should feel connected to that work, but our work isn't truly meaningful unless those who buy/receive/donate shoes and clothes, as well as dollars, through S4S believe it matters too.

If you are passionate about making a difference and have the financial acumen to drive our organization’s success, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.
